We’ve redesigned the Task experience to give your team more clarity, control, and flexibility. Here’s what’s new:
  • Custom Views: Create your own list or kanban views, or customize existing ones.
  • Improved UI: My Tasks keeps you focused, and All Tasks gives you broader firm-level access.
  • Kanban Boards: Visual task tracking with drag-and-drop. Configure fields shown on each card per view.
  • View Sharing: Share views with your entire firm, or specific users, or keep them private if needed.
  • Task Stages: Create, rename, reorder stages, and deactivate stages to match your workflow.
  • Advanced Permissions: Control access at a granular level. Limit users “My Tasks Only”.
