Feature Release: Bulk Updates

Bulk Updates are now available across Tasks, Contacts, Leads, Matters, and Activities, giving firms a faster way to make changes across multiple records at once.

Instead of opening and updating records one by one, users can select multiple items and apply supported changes in a single action.

With Bulk Updates, teams can:

• Reduce repetitive administrative work
• Update multiple records at once
• Keep information consistent across the firm
• Manage larger volumes of records more efficiently
• Quickly adapt when responsibilities, processes, client information, matter details, or activity data change

The feature also works with Lawcus’ existing roles and permissions, so firms remain in control of who can perform bulk actions and users can only work with the information they are authorized to access.
