Lawcus – New Features August 2026

This release brings 18 enhancements and 28 bug fixes across Lawcus, giving firms more control over access, faster ways to manage files and records, better reporting and invoice visibility, and a cleaner overall experience.

Enhancements

• Multiple File Uploads: Upload several files at once when sending emails or adding expenses from Matters, Leads, Interactions, and Expenses.
• Improved Login Experience: A cleaner and more responsive login and sign-up experience with better language support.
• Expanded Reporting: New fields and reports for events, related contacts, invoice payments, and open matters.
• Detailed Contact Addresses: View, sort, and filter Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, and Country separately in reports.
• Long-Life API Tokens: Create secure API connections that remain active until revoked, with centralized token management for organization owners.
• Expanded IP Restrictions: Apply IP-based access controls to Admin, Member, and custom roles.
• Custom Fields in Email Templates: Use Contact and Matter custom fields as merge tags in email subject lines and message bodies.
• Invoice Payment Visibility: View the Last Payment Received Date and Paid Date directly from the Invoices list.
• Firm Logo Editing: Resize and crop your firm logo for a consistent appearance across invoices, intake forms, and the Client Portal.
• Invoice Envelope Preview: Preview how client addresses will appear when invoices are printed and placed in a standard window envelope.
• Organization Deletion: Organization owners can delete an organization from Manage Subscription, with data retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
• Updated Lawcus Interface: A cleaner and more organized experience across Settings, Billing, Integrations, Organization Management, and Subscription Management.
• Along with 6 other major enhancements to streamline your operations.

Bug Fixes

This release also includes 28 fixes across Matters, Contacts and Leads, Intake Forms, Email Templates, Tasks and Calendar, Billing, Co-Counsel access, and Organization Management.

These fixes improve data accuracy, file sharing, email formatting, task scheduling, invoice numbering, matter rates, permissions, exports, and the overall reliability of Lawcus.
