Feature Release: Global Search

We’ve enhanced Global Search in Lawcus to make finding information faster and more transparent.

What’s new:

• Potential Clients are now searchable: contacts created from leads now appear in Global Search results, making it easier to locate new prospects during intake.
• Search Info visibility: users can click the Info icon to see exactly which fields are used in search across Matters, Contacts, and Leads.
• Richer search results: results now display more contextual details so users can understand records before opening them.
• Faster scanning: Global Search shows the top 5 results per module (Matters, Contacts, Leads) with a Show More option for full results.

These improvements make search clearer, faster, and better aligned with how law firms manage matters, contacts, and leads in Lawcus.
