Feature Release: Global Search Enhancements

Global Search Enhancements: Based on customer feedback, we’ve introduced several improvements to make Global Search more flexible and user-friendly:

  • Added a search bar within the Show More pop-up, allowing users to further refine large result sets without navigating back.
  • Enabled users to customize the display order of module results, such as showing Contacts before Matters or Leads.
  • Added the ability to choose whether search results should include closed matters and leads or show open records only.
  • Introduced recent search history, showing the last 10 search terms used by the user for quicker access to repeat searches.
