Two-Way Text Messaging: Available as an add-on for $10 per user per month.

Private Cloud Deployment: This is an add-on feature and exclusive to Enterprise plans. The pricing of private cloud deployment is based on infrastructure requirements.

Custom Feature Development: Available only under Enterprise plans through a separate standard Statement of Work.

Basic Data Migration: Included at no additional cost for Enterprise plan.

Advanced Migration: Large, complex, or customized data migrations (e.g., data cleansing, mapping) are billed separately based on the volume and complexity of the data.

Dedicated Service Agreements: Offered only to Enterprise clients as part of their custom engagement.

We're built on Amazon cloud, using the strongest encryption at rest & transition, and your data is backed up daily. We also offer 2-factor authentication.

Our dedicated database migration team can import all your data from Clio, MyCase, Practice Panther, Rocket Matter, Zola Suite, Lexis Nexis Time Matters, Lexis Nexis PCLaw, Tabs3, CosmoLex, sage Timeslips, Abacus Law, Amicus Attorney, ProLaw and many other applications.

Data migration is free of cost for Clio, Mycase, PracticePanther, LawMatics, Zola suite, Cosmolex, Smokeball, Actionstep users subscribing to Elite annual plan. If you have a complex data set or migrating from any other systems, please email us at support@lawcus.com for a quote.

We understand moving to a new system is a daunting task. We provide unlimited training including free one-on-one and group training to help your firm in the transition. We usually do three training sessions: 1) Attorney/ paralegal training: this will give an overview of the app from client intake to adding time. 2) Billing training: this will cover creating invoices and trust accounting. 3) Admin training: this will cover all the setups, workflow automation, integrations, etc.

If you cancel your account, you would not be charged again, but all the charges that have already been incurred for the current billing period would not be refunded. There will be no refunds for data migration services. There will be no refunds for any amounts unused if you cancel your plan (whether monthly or annual subscription).
