Improved Custom Reporting

We are pleased to announce that we have expanded filter options for custom fields. Previously, Lawcus supported the “is” operation, but now we support multiple options based on the custom field type, providing our users with more flexibility when filtering data based on custom fields.

Depending on the type of custom field, you can now select from a range of operations, for example, if a user has a custom field for “date” and they want to filter their data, they can choose from multiple options such as “is today,” “this year,” “this month,” “last month” and more.

With a variety of filter options, users can quickly and easily filter data based on specific criteria, tailoring their filters to meet their specific requirements. The expanded filter operations provide users with more control, flexibility, and accuracy when working with their data, leading to more precise analysis and better decision-making.

Integrations

Gravity Legal

Facilitating automation and efficiency for small law firms is core to what we do here at Lawcus. As a result, we’ve focused heavily on building integrations with payment providers to make it easy for lawyers and law firms to get paid. We also know that many Lawcus firms like to run lean and that processing costs are often tough for firms to swallow.  That’s why we’ve partnered with Gravity Legal to make it easier for firms to understand when and how they can reduce the cost of processing by shifting the cost of card processing to clients. Gravity Legal conducted extensive research to develop a state-by-state guide to shifting processing fees that considers all the relevant regulations (card brand rules, state law, and ethics opinions) to help attorneys navigate this landscape. They’re providing an updated version for free specifically to Lawcus users.

Conclusion

At Lawcus, we’re committed to making your legal practice management as seamless as possible. These new features are just a few examples of our dedication to delivering innovative solutions that help you achieve your business goals with greater ease.
