The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will understand a prospective client’s needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.
Responsibilities:
- Help maintain existing client relationships
- Prospect for and conduct outreach to new clients
- Know the buying process as well as guide and educate prospective clients through it
- Convert qualified leads using telephone, email, and product demonstrations
- Qualify leads and manage and maintain a prospect database and overall leads pipeline
- Possess a thorough understanding of the Lawcus software and all of our capabilities to effectively guide potential clients to the best solution for their needs
- Create strategies and coordinate cross-functional support with other team members to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met
- Convert prospects into demo bookings
- Understand customer needs and develop new sales opportunities
- Create and build high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Using creative ways to set up first-meetings
