Performance Dashboard

The performance dashboard is designed with customization and flexibility at the center of the experience. Ability to easily customize dashboards and present data in a simple, visual format that gives you an immediate snapshot of the performance metrics that matter to you. Note: You can customize the view of your dashboard by hiding and/or resizing panels.

Advanced Reporting

Advanced Reports Builder let you create custom tabular reports based on parameters and fields that you select. Accounts Receivable, Invoice History, Payments Collected, Matter Balance Summary, Client Trust Balance, General Client Ledger, Trust Account Ledger reports are availaible

Total Outstanding Revenue

This panel shows your total outstandings. It also gives you a break-up of the amount, i.e., how much is pending where you have recently issued invoices for which you have not yet received the payment (Awaiting Payment) and how much has been pending for more than a due date (Overdue).

Work in Progress

This panel shows the value of the Work in Progress (WIP). WIP refers to work where either you have not yet created the invoice (Uninvoiced Amount) or where you have created the invoice but have not yet marked it as Sent to Client (Total in Draft).

Pipeline Value Report

This report shows the total value of all leads added in the pipeline for the selected period. It shows you the data as a line graph and also as break-up of that data (by Lead Source or by Practice Area). For each break-up category, it shows you the dollar value of the leads in that category.

Practice Performance Metrics

This panel shows you how close or far you are from your targets.

Top Referrers Report

This report shows the top referrers for the selected date range, the number of leads referred, and the percentage value when compared to the total number of leads referred in that period.

Track Not Hired Reasons

This report shows the reasons for leads not being hired/converted in the selected date range, the number of leads lost for each reason, and the percentage value of the reason when compared with all the other reasons.

Lead Trends Report

The Lead Trends report gives an overview of how successful you have been in converting your leads into matters. This report is a combined version of the Leads Added report, Conversion Rate report, and the Pipeline Value report.

Lead Conversion Tracking

This report shows you the Conversion Rate for the selected period. It shows you the data as a line graph and also as break-up of that data (by Lead Source or by Practice Area). For each break-up category, it shows you the number of conversions and the dollar value of those conversions.

Lead Source Reporting

This report shows the leads added to the pipeline in the selected period. It shows you the data as a line graph and also as break-up of that data (by Lead Source or by Practice Area). For each break-up category, it shows you the number of leads in that category, and the percentage value of the category when compared with all the other categories.
